Outdoor Oasis

I can’t believe it, summer is practically here! It’s been way too long of a winter not to celebrate this much-needed warm weather. One of my favorite times of the year is when I finally get to take out my patio furniture and set up for the fun filled summer nights. No matter your budget there are back yard projects you can do in order to summer proof your backyard oasis.

 Sometimes all it takes is adding a fun color or pattern to vamp up your preexisting space. Or maybe you’re just sick and tired of the plain old block of cement you call a backyard, so grab a durable outdoor rug to cover it and add some warmth to the area, or better yet, paint your own rug on it! That way there’s no worrying about where to store it in the wintertime. So many people get anxious over redoing their outdoor spaces, because it’s outdoors, but don’t let that stop you, think of it as an extension of your house. You want it to look nice but you also want it to have a purpose. One of my favorite things to add to an outdoor space is a bar area, who says you cant have a bar cart for the outdoors too?
